Grandaddy's Jason Lytle and Aaron Espinoza (of Earlimart) have released a new soundtrack to the film 'This Is Your Day'! 'This Is Your Day' is a film directed by Myles Smythe about long distance running - the experience of conquering a 100 mile race called 'The Western States Endurance Run'.
And in other Grandaddy news Jason Lytle mentioned on Twitter yesterday that he's currently working on a new Grandaddy album - their first since disbanding after the release of 'Just Like The Fambly Cat' in 2006!
The soundtrack to 'This Is Your Day' features eleven tracks - mostly instrumental - although a couple songs feature samples - and one called 'On And On (Drumset Version)' that features vocals by Jason Lytle.
